Welcome to our growing Calendar of Tours SIGN-UP FORM, a curated collection of group travel experiences for travelers who want meaningful, immersive, and memorable journeys across East Africa. This form helps us understand your availability and preferences so we can organize group departures throughout the year. You will see a month-by-month checklist; please select all the months you are available to travel.
Once we have 10 to 12 travelers interested in the same month, we begin engineering the tour for that group. At that point, we confirm availability with our partners, design the full route, and share the cost breakdown before any commitment is required.
We offer a variety of group styles, including:
• Adults-only groups
• Family-friendly groups
• Age-based groupings
• Mid-range or luxury-level travel
Traveling with friends or family often makes the journey more affordable, but solo travelers are equally welcome. Simply complete the form, and we will notify you when a group forms that aligns with your dates and interests.
Throughout the year, we also offer a limited number of hosted tours guided by Arturo Islas Allende. If you would like to be considered for those fixed departures, please indicate your interest in the section provided.
